We uphold the belief of becoming a trustworthy offshore wind power foundation supplier, therefore we value greatly the influences done to local economy, environment and society during our business operation. We, as one of the player in offshore wind power industry chain, actively participate Ørsted’s Responsible Business Partners Programme (RPP), and follow Ørsted Code of Conduct for business partners as our criterion to fulfill our corporate social responsibility. According to the code of conduct, we devoted ourselves to protection of human rights, labor rights and the environment, and take on the zero-toleration attitude toward unethical conduct of business.
Not only we hold a high standard toward ourselves, but we have invited subcontractors from all levels to take responsibilities to fulfill social responsibility. We audit the corporate social responsibility performance among our suppliers regularly, to identify potential risks and offer suggestions for improvements. We hope that by this way, we can maintain qualities of local economic, environmental and social situations, and achieve the goal of sustainability for this industry during the process of localization.
If you find any employee from Sing Da Marine Structure and/or all level of subcontractors have conducted actions which violate the code of conduct or involved in any unethical business activities, including but not limited to corruption, fraud, bribery and extortion, you can report to us. Please submit your name and description of your findings to service@sdms.com.tw. At this point, your report will be accepted by, and following investigation will be conducted by the Administration Division of SDMS. The result of our investigation will be reported to the top management team for further instructions and approvals.
