Fit-up Work

  • Assembly work executed in accordance with DNVGL-OS-C401 and client specifications.
  • Assembly processes are carried out on-site based on engineering drawings and designated workstations, utilizing hydraulic tools with customized jigs for alignment. All assembly dimensions are adjusted and controlled within the required tolerances.

Dimension Control

    Different measuring equipment is available to meet required alignment accuracy and application needs Total Station:

  • Total Station: Accuracy ±0.5”
  • Laser Tracker: Accuracy ±0.078 mm
  • Easy Laser: Accuracy ±0.03 mm

    Depending on the equipment and application, measurement data can be generated for use in assembly and quality control.

  • Spatial dimensions in the X, Y, and Z axes are available for precise positioning.

  • Typical components requiring measurement in jacket foundation projects include: Jackets, Transition Piece (TP), Upper Jacket (UJ), Lower Jacket (LJ), and Secondary Structures.

Welding

  • Welding procedures are carried out in accordance with the European standard ISO 3834.
  • Equipment: TIG welding machine, CO₂ welding machine and semi-automatic orbital welding machine.
  • Welding Capabilities: Qualified for 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, and 6GR welding.
  • Specialized Capabilities: Small-angle welding for node branch connections (25–40°).
  • Large-diameter welding for extra-thick plates (90–105 mm) with diameters Ø1450–3500 mm.

Non-destructive Testing

  • Weld inspection procedures are carried out in accordance with the European standard DNVGL-OS-C401 and CG-0051 specifications.

Coating/Blasting

  • Standards: ISO 12944, Norsok M501, ISO 8501-1
  • Coating Application Based on Clients’ Specifications. The transition piece (TP) is coated in three layers according to client coating specifications, with a total dry film thickness of 800 μm, meeting offshore wind design requirements.
  • Blasting Grade: Sa 2½
  • Coating Thickness:
    • .1st layer: 350 μm
    • .2nd layer: 350 μm
    • .3rd layer: 100 μm

Heavy-lift Transportation

  • SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter)
    • .Speed: 1-5 km/h
  • Axle Load Capacity: 30-50 tonne per axle
  • Application: Transportation of heavy, oversized, tall, and irregularly shaped structures
    • .Advantages: Flexible operation and convenient loading/unloading
    • .Specifications: Equipped with 8 connection ports, offering flexible bandwidth ranging from 200 MBytes/sec up to 12 GBytes/sec
